Isaac 14 days old Re-checkup

Isaac followed up his jaundice re-check at BB Polyclinic . And he has grown : 4.1 kg, 54 cm tall and head circumference to 37.5cm.

The jaundice count is a good 99, all clear.

Isaac 13 days old

Diana did her checkup and weigh in at 55kg, just shy of her pregnancy wt of 52 kg.

Daddy did a full night wipe down, and Isaac performed a fountain, though the mess was contained.

Trouble Brewing

Nowadays, Esther had been loggerheads with Gu Zie over trivial matters, like Esther wanting to do her own way or misbehaving. No one wants to give way, and this had lead to some arguments and scoldings for both parties.

Isaac Sleeping Well

Baby Isaac managed to sleep thru from 12.30am to 9am last night, beating Esther Sleep Thru Record earlier by a week and longer duration too.

Sleep that is so important for parents taking care of new borns, has become a constant for us already. 

Merry Christmas 2010 @ The Dew

This year is a special Christmas, with Baby Isaac joing the Tham, Kow and Chue Family eating and exchanging presents.

Dinner is a simple fare of Beehoon and fried finger food from Chue and Evelyn.

Desert are Magnum Mini for everyone, with Esther enjoying the most.

 Grandfather Tham kept his promise with a Woody Plush Toy.

 And Finally Daddy and Mommy gave Esther the Real deal in Buzz Lightyear.

 Isaac did not miss out, by giving Esther a Lego set for Christmas.

Isaac 8th day

Today Isaac got some sun tanning in the living room to remove the jaundice.

Daddy took the afternoon off to settle some StarHub matters, together with Esther and Suyin.

Isaac 7th day

Isaac umbilical cord had fallen off last night. After his daily bath, pus was seen there to the horror of mommy. Took him to nearby doc, that declared him well

Isaac 6th day

Isaac went back for jondis check, and was commented that he is a bit yellowish and needs a blood test. His wt is noe 3.725kg






He is a brave boy who did not cry, when blood was drawn from his foot. His test results was 209, clear to go home.

Isaac 5th Day

Today is a special day that Isaac get to celebrate with Mommy on her 32nd Birthday.

Isaac also can turned his head from right to left.

Isaac is drinking well and pooping also after every feed, reminder of Esther's days.

Today is discharge day, that took more than 2 hrs required. Everyone were quite impatient, but was relieved to go off eventually. Isaac jondis count was an insignificant 119. Still he need to follow up doc visit on Thurs.

Isaac returned home to a familiar bed.

Isaac Tham Zi Yi is born on this day 17/12/10

4am - Diana Woke up to vomit and contractions came

5am - Contractions did not go away, but become stronger, realised its time to leave for the hospital

6.45am - Reach Hospital

Diana is dialated at 3cm, with pain threshold at 3/10. Nurse confirm that this is real.

8.22am, Epidural is applied

8.30am, Dilation is at 4cm and water bag was broken

10.14am - Dilation is at 6cm, and pain is up to 5/10. Epidural is up

11.11am, Dilation is at 8-9cm. Epidural application is not fast enough to catch up

12.30pm, Dilation is at 10cm. Its time to deliver and push

12.30pm, 10cm coin was seen
1.03pm, 20cm coin was seen
1.06pm, 25cm coin was seen

At 1.24pm, Isaac Tham is born at Weight:3.66kg, Height:52cm, Head Circumference:37cm
